I am writing to follow up on my pending refund request for a Flydubai flight booked via eDreams. I requested a refund from eDreams on 27 March, and since then I have been trying to receive the amount without any response. Flydubai has confirmed that they refunded the full ticket amount, and afterwards the team called “overseateam2” also confirmed to me that they refunded the amount to you on 30 March. This means the funds are already with eDreams and the only step left is for you to process the refund to me. The Flydubai flight reference is DEJYZ9, and the total amount I am expecting to receive is 624 euros. Despite this, I have not received any reply from eDreams customer service, nor have I received the refund. I urgently need this refund in order to book an alternative flight as soon as possible. I kindly request that you immediately process and expedite the refund of 624 euros back to my original payment method and inform me in writing once this has been done.
