eDreams Not Refunding Flights Canceled By BA & EasyJet

I booked two British Airways and easyJet flights through eDreams.com from Israel, for a total amount of 1,041.72 USD, under eDreams booking ID 24459610059. The first flight is British Airways flight BA403 from Tel Aviv to London Heathrow on 5 September 2026, with airline booking reference YWRIES. The second flight is an easyJet flight EZY2581 from London Heathrow to Tel Aviv on 5 October 2026, with airline booking reference KBVSH2M. The easyJet flight was cancelled on 12 March 2026, and according to easyJet, the refund was issued back to eDreams on 18 March 2026. However, eDreams keeps claiming that no refund was received from the airline. The British Airways flight was cancelled on 10 April 2026, and for this booking as well, eDreams states that no refund has been received from the airline, and therefore, they have not returned any money to me. I have contacted eDreams customer service multiple times regarding both of these cancelled flights, but each time I received the same response that the airlines have not refunded them, despite the fact that, at least in the case of easyJet, the refund was already processed to eDreams. As a result, I am still left without any refund for flights that were cancelled by the airlines. I request that eDreams urgently investigate eDreams booking ID 24459610059 and the related airline bookings YWRIES and KBVSH2M, and pay me a full cash refund of 1,041.72 USD to the original payment method for both cancelled flights, without any further delay.
