eDreams Hasn't Confirmed My Booking for 12 Days!

I booked a Qatar Airways flight via eDreams from London to Doha, then Doha to Ho Chi Minh City with a return, with the trip scheduled since 4 June 2025. On 4 April 2026 my original flight was cancelled. eDreams suggested an alternative flight, which I accepted, and they informed me that I would receive confirmation of the new booking within 24 to 48 hours. However, 12 days have now passed and I still have not received any confirmation for the alternative flight and only have my original booking documents. My eDreams booking reference is 23214462990 and I am travelling from the UK. During this period, I contacted eDreams via their chat at least five times. Each time, they apologised and promised that the issue would be resolved and the new flight confirmed within 24 hours, but nothing has been done so far and I have not received any concrete update. I also contacted Qatar Airways directly, but they informed me that the booking is through an agent and that I need to resolve everything with eDreams. I am very concerned that eDreams is delaying the confirmation of my alternative flight unnecessarily, especially this close to my travel date, and it gives the impression that they may be waiting to secure a better price instead of properly assisting their customer. This situation is creating significant stress and uncertainty about my upcoming trip. I request that eDreams immediately confirm my alternative flight and send me the updated booking and ticket details without any further delay. I also expect clear written communication explaining the reason for this long delay and assurance that my trip will not be affected any further.
