eDreams Missing Wizz Air Ticket (Budapest - Brussels) & No Customer Support!

I booked a Wizz Air flight from Budapest to Brussels through eDreams, opting for the service that allows me to view my ticket details online. However, with my flight just a week away, I'm facing a major travel nightmare.
My eDreams account frustratingly doesn't show my Wizz Air reservation, and the Wizz Air confirmation code isn't recognized by either platform. To compound the issue, contacting either eDreams or Wizz Air customer support has proven impossible.
And I just realized that they have also withdrawn money from me under the name Prime. However, since I previously made my ticket purchase with a virtual card and its limit was low, they withdrew whatever they could find from it. This withdrawal is definitely without my consent. I urgently request a refund from EDreams for this.
And even though I did not approve of such a thing, you are doing it. I urgently request a refund. Immediately.
The problem is that I'm afraid to call the number they gave me to avoid facing a horrendous phone bill.
I found the eDreams customer service email address and sent them an email: [email protected]. In their reply, they told me that my flight is valid but there is no online check-in for these types of flights. After doing some more research, I found out that people in this situation have paid up to €60 per person for airport check-in, despite eDreams promising they wouldn't have to pay. So, the tickets we thought were cheap actually end up being much more expensive, and eDreams also charges an annual membership fee of over €60. I will write here how much I paid on the day of my flight, but eDreams is already at the top of foreign complaint sites. If I had bought the ticket directly from Wizz Air two months ago, it would have been much cheaper.
As soon as I landed at Budapest airport, I went to Wizz Air, and both they and Menzies Aviation were incredibly helpful in a very polite manner. But they also told me, "please do not buy tickets from third-party companies like eDreams."
