eDreams Deducted $41 from My Refund Claiming Fake "Discount" Markup
On May 26, 2026, I purchased a Pegasus Airlines flight ticket (PNR: CPNR9GMM) through eDreams. While the ticket was listed on Pegasus’s official website for $93, I bought it for $87 thanks to a $6 discount offered by eDreams. I canceled the ticket on May 27 or 28, 2026, and I have been fighting for my refund for roughly two and a half months since.
Following the cancellation, I received a meager refund of only $24. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed the regular ticket price was $135 and that because they sold it to me at a discount, they deducted the difference. However, even on Pegasus’s own site, the ticket was listed at $93. For eDreams to arbitrarily mark the base price up to $135 and then deduct $41 under the guise of "reclaiming a discount" is completely unfair and predatory.
Despite contacting customer service multiple times, they insisted this amount could not be refunded. Even though they acknowledged my frustration, they offered zero solutions. I demand that eDreams process the cancellation based on the ticket's actual purchase price and apply a reasonable cancellation fee, refunding the remainder to my account. I am willing to accept a fair fee of up to 20%, but any deduction beyond that is entirely unjust.
I request an immediate resolution to this ordeal and demand that the remaining balance of my canceled ticket purchase—minus a fair cancellation fee—be refunded to my card without delay.
