EDreams Car Rental Denied Due to Missing Credit Card and No Refund Given

I recently booked a car rental through Skyscanner for my nephew in Germany, using EDreams. I paid the full rental amount with my own credit card through their system, but when we arrived at Ziraatfilo's office at İzmir A**** M******* Airport to pick up the car, they refused to hand it over because my nephew, the primary driver, did not have a credit card. The customer service then canceled our reservation.
I spent days trying to get a refund, but they refused, citing that the lack of a credit card for the primary driver is in the contract. I explained that I never signed or agreed to any such contract, but they didn’t accept that. I also questioned why they accepted the payment from a credit card not in the primary driver's name if this was an issue, but nothing changed.
EDreams not only refused to deliver the car and canceled our reservation but also kept the full prepaid rental fee. I wanted to share my experience to warn others who might consider renting a car through EDreams to avoid going through a similar situation.
