eDreams Car Rental Didn't Refund 1500 Euro Deposit
I booked a car rental with eDreams Cars on the Skyscanner website. During the rental process, they assured me that they would only place a deposit as a pre-authorization. However, to my surprise, they ended up charging my credit card directly. They mentioned a €500 deposit, but they ended up taking €1,500 instead. After reaching out to eDreams Cars for information, we were redirected to another source. However, we have yet to receive any response, whether it be through phone or email. We kindly request a refund for this matter. Still awaiting a reply.
