I Bought the Ecovacs Deebot N10 but It Won’t Mop or Cross Rugs as Promised

I recently purchased the Ecovacs Deebot N10, and I'm extremely disappointed with its performance. One of the key reasons I chose this model was the advertised feature that it automatically lifts the mop when transitioning from hard floors to carpets or rugs, allowing it to clean different surfaces without interruption. However, that feature clearly does not work as promised.
While the device does mop hard surfaces just fine, it completely avoids carpets during the mopping mode. Since the robot must cross a rug to reach the other rooms in my home, it gets stuck or turns around, effectively skipping entire areas. This makes the cleaning process incomplete and frustrating. I feel misled by the advertising and regret relying on that promise when making this purchase.
I’m now stuck with a smart vacuum that isn’t nearly as smart as advertised. I need Ecovacs to either fix this issue with a firmware update or offer a return or replacement option. If you claim your device lifts the mop to move across carpets, it should do exactly that. Please stand by your product and resolve this problem immediately.
