If money vanished from your EcoCash wallet with no visible transaction, first contact EcoCash customer care immediately to report the loss and ask them to investigate.
Document the date, time, amount and any messages you saw, because support may need details to trace the funds and look for hidden transfers; in some regions you can also visit an EcoCash/Econet shop for in-person help.
Beware scams: many reported “missing funds” result from fraud where scammers trick users into sharing PINs or OTPs, so change your PIN immediately and never share these codes with anyone.
