If EcoCash logged you out and you can’t access your funds;

• Screenshot any messages

Reset your PIN if needed;

• Tap “Forgot PIN” in the app or use USSD recovery
• Follow OTP verification steps
• Create a new PIN

Check network & device;

• Turn off VPN

• Restart your phone

Contact EcoCash Support;
