MoneyGram Sent $70 but GoPay Still Hasn’t Credited My Wallet

I am writing to report that a MoneyGram transfer to my GoPay eWallet has still not been credited, even though the sender completed the transaction correctly. On January 18, 2026, at 11:27 AM, a transfer of 70.00 USD was sent to my GoPay eWallet via the MoneyGram application, using reference number 69268261. The transfer was sent from Prudhoe, Northumberland, England, to my GoPay account in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia. My GoPay account details (name and number) were entered correctly; my name on GoPay is KRISTIN TARIG**. Despite this, the funds have not appeared in my GoPay balance. I have contacted customer service and received different responses, but the issue has still not been resolved, and the money remains missing. This situation is causing me inconvenience because I urgently need access to these funds. I kindly request that this transfer be processed immediately and that the 70.00 USD be credited to my GoPay eWallet without any further delay. If there is any issue blocking the transfer, I ask for a clear explanation and a swift resolution so I can receive the money that was sent to me.
