I have been using Ecowell Baby Shampoo for my child for nearly two years and have never had any issues until now. However, the shampoo I recently purchased from Ebebek smelled extremely unpleasant the moment I opened it. Because of this, I have not used the product at all.
I still have the receipt for the purchase and can provide proof if needed. Since this is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem with this brand, I believe it may be a defective batch.
