When I opened my Ebebek delivery (tracking EBHJ1003760854), the Easy-Detangle hair spray had leaked inside the package. The product was damaged and unusable on arrival.
I tried to contact Ebebek through the app and was redirected to WhatsApp, but I only got automated/AI responses — there is no real person to explain the problem to. This is unacceptable.
I request that Ebebek either replace the leaked product immediately or issue a full refund, and that they provide a real customer-service contact (not just an AI bot) so this can be resolved without further delay.
Please confirm next steps and provide a return/replacement reference number.
