Rude Staff Behavior At Dyson Service During V15 Suction Issue Visit
Today I visited the Dyson service regarding the loss of suction power in my Dyson V15 device. During my visit, the behavior of the staff member I encountered, Ms. H***, was extremely disappointing. Ms. H*** did not answer the questions I asked about my device and the service process, did not make eye contact with me, and generally displayed an uninterested and rude attitude. As a customer seeking support for a product I trust and use, being treated in this way made me feel disrespected. I request that the staff member Ms. H*** at Dyson service be warned about this behavior and that I receive an apology from Dyson regarding this experience. I expect that similar situations will not be repeated and that customer relations will be handled with more care in future processes.
