Outrageous Failure Of Dyson Hair Straightener After Minimal Use!

On May 1st, at 4:30 PM, I had a conversation that not only shocked but appalled me. I have only used my Dyson hair straightener—a product you aggressively market and boast about—a mere 10-11 times. Now, three years after purchase, it refuses to charge. Following its service return, the response I received was ludicrous: "The battery life of your hair straightener has expired, and we can recycle your product and offer you a 25% discount coupon." Is this some kind of a joke? A hair straightener used just 10 times is now garbage in just three years? Even more insulting was the statement made by your representative during the same call, which I urge all potential Dyson customers to read twice, here it is verbatim: "It is perfectly normal for the battery of your hair straightener to run out and be ready for recycling after three years of use." Really? So it’s "perfectly normal" for a Dyson product to turn into trash after just three years? Is there anything more to add to this? Dyson equals comedy. I am reporting this situation directly to Dyson Headquarters and will be informing international authorities and approximately 300 investors about this absurdity.

Don't occupy this platform with robotic responses everyone knows you don't offer any solutions Apparently, it's normal for all the Dyson devices you purchase to become trash in 3 years; it was confirmed again over the phone, and they couldn't offer any solutions, what a joke = Dyson
