Defective Dyson Airwrap Gives Red Light Failure, Keeps Flashing

the equipment totally crapped out after we only used it four times since it got here on May 3, 2023, after just 24 days, this thing crapped out on me. It keeps shutting off after only 5 seconds...dyson quality wowwww!!!  I was expecting this machine to last for at least a month, if not more, hoping this product would be reliable since Dyson is known for it. Why does a hair straightener, which is supposed to last a long time, just stop working out of nowhere? It's got me wondering if the stuff they sell is even any good and if they're really trustworthy.  I just started using this thing and shouldn't be having such a big problem already.
