Dyson Corel Battery Drains the Moment I Try Using It

I have been using the Dyson Corel product since January 2021. First of all, I would like to say that I am using it with pleasure, but it has been showing that the battery is full for about a month, but when I pick it up and want to straighten it, it turns off within 1 minute. I conveyed my problem to customer service and they told me to deliver the product. I delivered it as they said and after the inspection process, they said that the battery of the product was dead and it was not possible to replace the battery. In this case, are Dyson products garbage? While I and everyone else who uses it prefers Dyson because of its quality, I do not find such feedback correct. The battery may run out in Dyson, just like in every rechargeable product. It is normal for the battery to run out. I understand this, but not being able to replace the battery is ridiculous. I did not ask for free battery replacement or repair support from you. I asked for the battery to be replaced at a fee. But they said that this was not possible and that they could buy a new Dyson product with a 40% discount if I wished. So in this case I am forced to buy new dyson. While I prefer Dyson because of its quality, it is ridiculous that its batteries are designed so poorly that they cannot be replaced. Or if such a product is designed, it is meaningless to have a lifespan of 3-4 years. If it has such a short lifespan, why is it so expensive!? Özlem S******
