Dyson Corrale Hair Straightener Battery Failure
Dear Dyson users, I need your help! I purchased a Dyson Corrale hair straightener in 2020, and now its battery has stopped working. I sent it to Dyson's authorized service, only to receive a baffling response 12 days later. They said, "We can't repair it, so you can either take it back, or we suggest a 25% discount for a new one." This is absolutely unacceptable! In the past, I've had unrepairable items replaced with new ones. Dyson's customer service, especially E****, showed a lack of concern with their dismissive responses. I demand either a repair or a replacement if it can't be fixed.
