Dyson Refuses to Replace My Faulty Corrale Straightener Despite Repeated Issues
After purchasing the Dyson Corrale straightener, when I used it for the second time, after the device's charge ran out, I couldn't use it with a cable when I plugged it in, the device immediately shut down. I called the call center, showed the problem with a video call, the Customer Representative also saw the problem and sent it to the service, the service came back saying there was no problem, I called the call center again in the same way and explained the problem over and over again and the customer representative created a fault record, I sent the product again but they said it would be sent to me again saying there was no problem. It was a mistake to pay ₺17.000 to get Dyson quality instead of buying from cheap products on the market. Although Dyson sells defective products, it does not accept its mistake and does not replace my product. I bought it directly from the Dyson store in order to get fast support if I have a problem with the product, there is no intermediary institution in between, but I can neither use the product nor trust the Dyson brand. I want to return my product.
