My Dyson V15 vacuum has developed a common issue: the silicone has torn, and the motor has stopped functioning. I sent it to service, and they informed me that the body was replaced. However, I’ve learned that other customers experiencing the same problem received full replacements, some even upgraded to the V15 Gen5 model.
I find it unfair that I wasn’t offered the same resolution. The product has a clear defect, and I expect Dyson to provide a full replacement, as they have done for others. I trusted Dyson for its quality, but this experience has left me frustrated. I urge Dyson to address this issue and ensure fair treatment for all customers.
