It has not been a year since I bought my Dyson V10 absolute rechargeable upright vacuum cleaner, and the time I have been using it is less. However, now the roller of my parquet nozzle does not rotate, it cannot be removed in any way. I wrote to the WhatsApp support line yesterday, but there was no response. Today I called the eight hundred line, I was told that a video call was required, but since I am at work, there is still no solution. I had the same problem with the carpet nozzle before, they replaced it. Then it started to give a clogging fault, I requested a replacement, but three more parts, including the motor, were replaced, but the product was not replaced. If this series is problematic, I asked them to let me buy a higher model by paying the price difference, but they refused. Now the fifth part is faulty. I keep taking videos and sending them.
