Ever since I bought the Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner, it has been stuttering when using the large nozzle. I have always tried to solve this complaint in line with the recommendations of the remote service service. I changed the swivel apparatus in the hood 3 times. After working for a while, it always gave the same fault. The product was never taken into service, and while trying to find a solution with remote hypothetical approaches, the warranty of the product also expired. When I spoke 1.5 months ago, I was told that it would be a solution to change the title completely and I ordered the title. After I paid the price, I found out that it was out of stock. It took a month to arrive. It did not work on the product received. We connected to the service remotely again and this time it was said that there was a problem with the cables inside the pipes, so we bought a new pipe. What kind of service is this? The product is not taken to the service for the issues that can be solved with spare parts. Well, with this distraction model, there is always something out of my pocket. Approaches such as this could be the problem... If this product had gone to the service when I had a problem for the first time, if the problem had been detected, it would have been a radical solution. Believe me, I'm tired of talking to someone and telling troubles all the time. It's a waste of time to even post this. You do not stand behind your product. You are hurting the user. The product I bought by trusting the brand was a complete disappointment for me.

Are you kidding me? The service representative called and suggested that ı buy a battery. What is this? When ı called an hour ago, ı was told that the product would be taken into service, but since ı was not with the device, ı was told to contact the given file number again. Gamze, who came to the phone, said that despite ALL ı told, the problem was caused by the battery and ı needed to replace the battery. The product has no service condition. She said SHE couldn't take it to the service. There are no other replacement parts. Head tube filter battery. You are very funny, Mrs. Gamze. My filter is dirty, routine maintenance is done every month. What are you talking about, rote crew? Congratulations, Gamze, you have done an excellent job on behalf of Dyson. In this case, let's find a solution to our problem through legal means.
