I’m having an ongoing issue with my Dyson robot vacuum—specifically, it disconnects every time it enters sleep mode, showing a connection error that prevents me from starting any cleaning cycle.

I contacted Dyson customer service, and after investigating, they confirmed the issue was software-related on the first unit and sent me a replacement. I appreciated the gesture, but unfortunately, the new robot is having the exact same problem. Once it goes into sleep mode, I can no longer connect to it, meaning I can’t start or schedule any cleaning sessions. This is beyond frustrating. I paid a premium (₺) for a smart vacuum that should be effortless to use, but I’ve now spent more time troubleshooting than actually cleaning.
