I bought a Dyson robot vacuum with high expectations, but for months now, it’s been sitting useless in the corner of my home. The main issue? It refuses to connect to Wi-Fi. After days of struggling, I finally managed to force a connection and create a map—but the problem didn’t end there.
The robot constantly disconnects, and when I finally get it to clean, it finishes the job and then gets lost in the same room it just vacuumed, never returning to its charging dock. It’s beyond frustrating to watch an expensive machine fail at the most basic tasks.
I called Dyson support, and they told me to take it to a service center. I went to the Ataşehir Dyson service location and requested a product exchange. Instead of offering help, they made the problem worse. They returned the vacuum saying, “There’s nothing wrong with it,” even though it was clearly malfunctioning.
