I am absolutely furious with my Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute! For the first two years, it was great, but then its suction power drastically decreased. I sent it to service, only for it to be returned exactly the same, with no solution provided.

Now, adding insult to injury, the red power button has completely broken off on its own, despite the vacuum never having been dropped! I tried calling customer service, but after I make my selections, the automated system claims I haven't pressed any buttons and hangs up. This is a complete nightmare.

It's infuriating to see Dyson giving away free vacuums to influencers, while paying customers like me, who actually need a working product, get no help from service. Dyson, you need to provide a solution for my broken Cyclone V10 Absolute! Fix the suction power and replace the faulty power button immediately. Your after-sales support is an absolute joke.
