I Keep Getting Filter Warnings on My Dyson V15 After Just One Use

I bought the Dyson V15 vacuum for my wedding trousseau, and it’s been nothing but a huge disappointment. I only used it once to test it, and it instantly displayed a filter warning. Dyson sent me a new filter, but the warning came back again. I then sent the machine to their service center, hoping they would actually fix the issue. But instead, they casually told me, “We cleaned the dust blockage, it’s fine now,” and shipped it back.
Well, it’s not fine. I tried using it again, and the same filter warning appeared immediately. I’m sorry, but if this vacuum starts showing issues just after cleaning two rooms, there is clearly a manufacturing defect. But Dyson support keeps brushing it off, saying, “If service returned it, it passed all tests—don’t worry.” Clearly, they didn’t test anything, or they ignored what they saw. If they had used the machine for even two minutes, the problem would’ve shown up again.
To make matters worse, when I carefully packed the product in its original protective sleeve and box for servicing, they returned it without the protective cover, just shoved into packaging. I put effort into keeping my device protected, and they treated it with zero care. This is unacceptable.
I’m extremely disappointed in both the product and the service. Dyson, either replace this faulty vacuum or give me my money back. No one should pay premium prices for such neglect and lack of accountability.
