I Bought a Dyson Gen5 Detect Vacuum and It Doesn't Work!

I recently bought a Dyson Gen5 Detect vacuum from the company's official website. It arrived today, and I couldn't wait to put it to use. I fully charged it, but the vacuum would not work at all. I immediately contacted customer service, and they attempted to help me via video call, but it was ineffective. They simply instructed me to turn the power on and off. Finally, they told me I needed to send it in for service. Do you believe it? Sending a brand new product for service the same day I got it! I'd like to request a quick replacement with a working unit. I'm currently without a vacuum and will be inconvenienced during the service period. Who knows how long it will take to get my money back so I can buy a new vacuum (I paid 26,999 TL for it)? Why would Dyson release products without first testing them? I chose to purchase from their official website to avoid any problems, but it appears that this did not help.
