I purchased my Dyson VS8 product in 2021 from Aqua Florya. The part with the model code YH5-EU-NHM47552A has now malfunctioned for the second time, and I am extremely dissatisfied with this repeated problem and Dyson’s approach to the issue. Last year, the same part broke and Dyson replaced it free of charge. However, this year the exact same part broke again. When I contacted customer service this time, I was told that because the part was previously replaced for free, the newly installed part was not covered by any warranty and they could not provide free support. Despite explaining that the same part has failed again, customer service is currently not offering any real help or solution. I was informed that the price of the faulty part is ₺3,600, while the current price of the entire product is ₺11,000, which makes the requested fee for a repeatedly failing part unreasonable for me. I would like Dyson to recognize that the same part of this device has failed twice in a short period of time and to treat this as a recurring defect rather than a normal consumable issue. I request that the YH5-EU-NHM47552A part be replaced free of charge or that an alternative solution be offered that will not put me at a financial disadvantage, and that the warranty coverage of the replaced part be clarified in writing.
