Dyson V8 Warranty Denial Leads to Unexpected Charges


Hello; I submitted my V8 model product from Dyson within the warranty coverage due to its current malfunction. They only received the upper mechanism, claiming it was not a defect but a filter cleaning issue, and returned it to me after cleaning. When I insisted that the malfunction persisted when using it in November, they assured me the issue would be resolved after cleaning. Two months later, the same malfunction recurred. Upon returning the product to the authorized service, they charged me 4,700₺ for the same issue, citing that the warranty had expired. I had already brought it to you before the warranty expired, and you refused to acknowledge the fault, instead returning it to me after cleaning. So why did you now charge me for repairs and claim the warranty had expired? Dyson, you're regrettably and profiting unfairly. It's unethical to address issues after the warranty has expired when they were within warranty earlier.
