Dyson Vacuums Deteriorate Disappointingly in Only 1.5 Years


Dear Dyson Staff,
I bought my vacuum cleaner about 1.5 years ago and only started using it 5-6 months ago. I've noticed visible depressions near the vacuum's motor area. When I contacted your company through the My Dyson app, I was told that this should not be a problem. My vacuum, on the other hand, has only been used for housekeeping, with no instances of dropping, impact, or contact with materials such as glass or stones that could cause such depressions. I strictly adhered to the product usage instructions. I'm hoping that my product, which I sent in for service, will be returned in a manner worthy of Dyson's reputation. I am confident that this problem will be resolved quickly and in accordance with the high-quality standards that I expect from Dyson.
