Dyson V15 Vacuum Suction Power Loss

I purchased my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner about 1.5 years ago from the official Dyson website, and for the past 6 months, I have been experiencing several issues. The purple flower-shaped side parts came off, the attachment points loosened, and gaps formed as if they were about to break. In addition, despite cleaning my vacuum regularly, the suction power has noticeably decreased and is nowhere near its initial performance. It constantly shows a “filter full” warning, and even after washing the filter, I get the same warning again after just two uses, with suction power dropping completely. All these problems occur during normal use, and my product is still under warranty. I have not yet contacted Dyson customer service, but I am requesting a product replacement to ensure a permanent solution to these issues.
