Dyson Vacuum Pipe Broken, Still No Replacement After Two Months

I don’t want to say I regret buying a Dyson, but my experience has been really disappointing. About two months ago, the pipe of my vacuum started coming loose. I contacted Dyson, and they said they would send me a new one. They mentioned it was out of stock but assured me I wouldn’t have to wait long. It’s now been two months, and the part still hasn’t arrived.

After that call, the pipe completely broke. When I contacted them again, I was told to use the vacuum without the pipe — which is unreasonable. I’ve called several times since, but nothing has been resolved. I bought a stick vacuum so I wouldn’t strain my back, but now I’m forced to bend over while cleaning, and my back pain has gotten worse. I’ve been left completely frustrated and disappointed.
