I have been using my Dyson vacuum for less than a year, and I have already experienced multiple issues with the motor head. Despite this being an obvious manufacturing defect, Dyson refuses to acknowledge the problem and is instead asking me to pay for a replacement.
To make matters worse, when I tried to purchase the part, they claimed it was out of stock, leaving me with no solution. This is not the level of service I expected from a premium brand.
I now regret choosing Dyson, as their customer support is not standing behind their products. I demand a free replacement for the faulty part—Dyson, take responsibility and fix this issue immediately!
