Dyson V11 Keeps Shutting Off Even with Full Charge and Clean Filters

My Dyson V11 vacuum cleaner has been stopping on its own after 3–5 seconds of use for the past week, even though my finger remains on the trigger. Both the filters and the vacuum itself are completely clean, the battery is fully charged, and there are no overheating issues. However, from the very first start, the same problem keeps repeating — the vacuum stops after a few seconds, and it only begins working properly after several attempts.

I use the vacuum only at home, and this issue occurs every time. I can’t find my purchase receipt, but I bought the product around September 11, 2023. So far, I haven’t contacted Dyson customer service.

I am requesting that this malfunction be repaired free of charge, as it clearly appears to be a technical fault rather than user-related. You can reach me at 0533*******74 for assistance.

"Congratulations to Dyson. They called me on Friday and asked what the problem was, and I explained it. After a short video call, they said the faulty parts needed to be replaced. And today, I received a brand new device. It’s excellent that they replaced it under warranty without charging a single penny. From now on, I will not shop from any company other than Dyson. Other companies should take this as an example; I have never seen this kind of behavior from any other company. They were very polite during our conversation. They took everything into consideration. I would like to thank the Dyson Turkey team."
