Dyson V8 Battery Quick Failure and Sky-High Replacement Costs
On July 12, 2022, I made a purchase of a Dyson V8 from a retailer that specializes in electronics. Instantaneously, the battery lost all of its charge and became unable to be recharged. When I sent the product in to the Dyson service center, the representatives there informed me that the battery warranty was only valid for one year and demanded that I pay 2,250 TL for a replacement. Do you really think that? The much-touted Dyson battery only lasted for a little over a year, and the company won't even replace it without first demanding an exorbitant fee. It is beyond all measure of frustration.
