Dyson V16 Vacuum Performs Poorly - My Return Request Was Rejected
On October 21, 2025, I purchased a Dyson V16 piston vacuum cleaner (Invoice No: 4704717104, Reference No: 2194110912). I initially tested the product in small areas, but once I began using it properly, I realized its performance was far below my expectations. The vacuum head spins uncontrollably under sofas and tables, the device is quite heavy, and it is far from practical. Cleaning the house has turned into a struggle. Due to my dissatisfaction, I contacted both the point of sale and your customer service. However, my return request was rejected on the grounds that the 14-day return period had expired. Despite this, I also sent a detailed return request to [email protected] and am waiting for a response. Since this product, for which I paid approximately ₺40,000, does not deliver the promised performance and is difficult to use, I request that my grievance be resolved and that assistance be provided for returning the product, even though the return period has reasonably passed.
