Dyson V15 Vacuum Air Leak Defect - Dust Container Issue, Rejected Return
On September 25, 2025, I purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner from the Dyson online store for ₺36,000. After receiving and starting to use the product, I noticed that the sealing cap in the dust container was leaking air and that air bubbles were forming around the gasket. I believe such an issue should not occur in a brand-new product. On October 11, 2025, I contacted Dyson customer service regarding the problem, but despite the product being defective, my return request was rejected on the grounds that the defect did not prevent use. I then asked at least for the container to be replaced, but this request was also denied for the same reason, and I was told to continue using the product as is. I’m deeply let down that a high-priced new product turned out to be defective and that no solution was provided. I request either a full refund or, at the very least, a replacement of the container.
