Dyson V16 Piston Animal Campaign Stand Not Sent Despite Purchase Date

I bought a Dyson v16 Piston Animal vertical vacuum cleaner from Dyson on November 13, 2025. The next day, on November 14, 2025, I learned that Dyson launched a campaign in which he gave a standing unit to those who bought this broom. I informed the store representative of the situation and told me that I could return the product and buy it again with a campaign. He stated that I did not need to return the product because it had not exceeded 14 days since I received it, that I could request that the standing unit be sent to my address by calling Dyson support and that the grievances were resolved in such cases. Upon this, I called the Dyson support line on November 24, 2025 and requested that the standing unit be sent to my address free of charge within the scope of the campaign. When I did not receive any return on November 25 and 26, I called again and forwarded my request, but as of November 27, there was still no response. Even for such a simple request, the lack of feedback provided worried me that my grievance would increase much more when I had a more serious problem in the future. When I didn't get results by phone, I contacted Dyson via e-mail as a last resort, but unfortunately I couldn't find a solution from here either. For all these reasons, I request that the standing unit be sent to my address free of charge within the scope of the relevant campaign in order to eliminate my grievance and prevent a similar situation from happening to other consumers.
