I purchased the Dyson V15s Detect Submarine vacuum two weeks ago, and I have been facing issues since day one. The vacuum's tube is extremely difficult to detach, and the red button meant for releasing it does not function properly. My spouse cannot remove it at all, and I can only manage it with great difficulty.
For a product of this price and reputation, such problems are unacceptable. The inconvenience has made cleaning tasks unnecessarily stressful. I expect Dyson to provide a prompt solution, whether it’s repairing or replacing the faulty part. I need this issue resolved immediately, as I cannot use the vacuum as intended. Please address this without further delay.
