Sugo Account Permanently Banned After Promoting App Needs Review

I am writing regarding my Sugo account, which was banned today. When I tried to access my account, I was informed that it has been permanently banned and will not be reinstated. Support also stated that the decision is final.
I understand that my account was banned because I promoted another app. I acknowledge that this was a mistake on my part, and I sincerely apologize for it. However, I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this account, and I have accumulated many diamonds, so losing access completely is very upsetting.
I kindly request that my account be reconsidered and reactivated, and that I be given a second chance. I am fully willing to comply with all Sugo rules going forward and will not repeat this behavior. I ask that you take into account the value of my account and the effort I have invested, and review this ban again in my favor.
Dear Aaliya, Thank you for contacting us. Based on the screenshot you provided, we understand that your device has been restricted. Please note that device restrictions are not applied automatically for ordinary issues. They are applied manually after a serious violation of Sugo’s platform rules is confirmed. Such restrictions are considered final and cannot be lifted unless it is verified that the restriction was applied by mistake. We understand that you would like your access to be restored; however, if the device restriction was applied due to a confirmed serious violation, it cannot be removed. If you believe this restriction was applied incorrectly, please provide your complete User ID and any related screenshots so that the case can be reviewed further. Thank you for your understanding. Kind regards, Sugo Support Team
