eFootball Mobile Account Reset After Reinstall Lost All Data

I play eFootball Mobile on my phone, and earlier this morning I accidentally deleted the game. After that, I reinstalled eFootball Mobile and linked my existing account again. However, when I logged back in, none of my previous data was there, and it appeared as if my account had been completely reset.

All of my players, coins, GP balance, and eFootball Points have disappeared, and my entire progress seems to be lost. This is extremely frustrating, as I had invested significant time and effort into building my account.

I attempted to contact Konami support regarding this issue, but I have not been able to reach them or receive any assistance so far.

I kindly request that my original eFootball Mobile account and all associated data be fully restored, including my players, coins, GP, and eFootball Points, as they were before I deleted the game.
