I purchased my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner from the Dyson store in Mall of Istanbul about 2.5 years ago. Even though I used the product regularly and carefully, the battery completely died in less than 2.5 years, and the device no longer works at all.
When I reported the issue, I was told that the battery had reached the end of its life and that I needed to buy a new one. However, a replacement battery has been out of stock for a long time, so I am unable to use my vacuum. I feel seriously inconvenienced both by the battery wearing out so quickly and by the fact that I have not been able to obtain a replacement battery for months.
From a brand like Dyson, I expected a more durable product and better after-sales support. Since I used the battery under proper conditions and do not find it acceptable for it to fail in under 2.5 years, I request that a replacement battery be provided to me free of charge and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
