I bought a Dyson V15 vacuum expecting premium quality and reliability, yet its battery unexpectedly died in less than three years of careful use. It’s completely unacceptable that such an expensive product would have a battery failure this quickly without any user error. To make matters worse, when I tried purchasing a new battery, I was shocked to find out it costs ₺5000—and even worse, Dyson doesn’t have it in stock! I've already been waiting a full week, stuck without a functional vacuum, and Dyson’s support team has been utterly useless.
