Dyson Does Not Provide After-sales Support

During the process of emptying my Dyson v15 submarine cordless vacuum cleaner's dust container, the seals came off. I contacted Dyson customer service on June 3, 2024, and they agreed to replace the dust container. However, the last call I made on June 24, 2024, informed me that it was still out of stock, so I had to wait. A product can be shipped from anywhere in the world in 20 days. It is clear from this that if it is in stock one day, they will replace the product. Dyson does not offer after-sales support. It does not prioritize customer satisfaction. I recommend that you think about this when shopping at Dyson.
