Dyson V15 Dustbin Seal Came Off After a Few Uses and Won’t Fit Back

I bought the Dyson V15 model, anticipating a top-notch product, but after just a few uses, the red rubber seal inside the dustbin came off and won't stay in place. Given the amount I spent on this hoover, I find the outcome to be rather disappointing. I opted for Dyson instead of Philips, believing in the brand's strong reputation for durability and performance, but I now find myself regretting that choice. This hoover, given its price, shouldn't be experiencing problems so soon. I’m contacting Dyson in hopes of getting quick help to fix this issue. A replacement or proper repair seems like a reasonable solution, given the product's condition after such minimal use.
