Dyson V15 Vacuum Warranty Service Delay
The main head of my Dyson V15 vacuum broke, so I sent it in for warranty repair on 02/12/2024. It's been over a month now, and I haven't heard anything about my product. The customer representative is providing evasive answers to stall for time. I've been really let down by Dyson. My machine, which is only 7-8 months old, has had to be sent in for warranty repair twice and even had to be replaced once. There seem to be some significant issues with the manufacturing or design of the Dyson V15 model. All the people I know who use it have the same gripes. I really need a quick solution to my issue.
