A large company like Dyson offers only a 1-year warranty! I have been using Dyson corded and cordless vacuums for 16 years, and this is the first time I've encountered such a situation. When I look, they are not the same anymore; they have reduced attention and even the contents of the box, and their representatives are not as responsive. Something has happened to Dyson, which changes even the most common terms, a complete disappointment. We used the V8 for many years, and it never gave such warnings. Moreover, we see on the pages: 'The vacuum fell, a new one came. The vacuum hose bent, a new one came.' You choose what to replace, Dyson? Alas!
