I bought a Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner 20 days ago, and the gasket in the dustbin has come loose. When I contacted customer service, they said it must have been broken, and I couldn't fix it, so they would send a new dustbin. They placed the order, and we began waiting for the product. Today, when I called, they said there's no stock available, and there's no information on when it will be restocked. We paid ₺24,000 for a product we've set aside and are waiting for. We have no idea when we'll be able to use it. Our house isn't getting cleaned, and we don't know if we should buy a new machine. There's no communication about the process. This could be the worst product experience I've ever had. They sold it to us so nicely, boasting about how customer-friendly they are.
