Dyson V15 Total Clean Dust Bin Seal Defect Ignored Under Warranty

I purchased the Dyson V15 Total Clean on 10.12.2024. Shortly after, the seal in the dust bin came loose and the entire bin was replaced. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred again with the replacement part. On 26.08.2025, I requested support under warranty, but customer service told me that no replacement could be sent until November and suggested I buy the part at my own expense. Later, even after a technical inspection was performed, my claim was dismissed without a proper explanation, and the case was closed with no solution.
My expectation was a clear resolution. If the product design is flawed, Dyson could at least offer alternatives, such as an upgrade to a higher model with a price adjustment. Instead, I was left with vague responses and delays, rather than a proper warranty service. This approach undermines trust in a brand that presents itself as premium. At this point, I can only hope my other Dyson products do not develop similar issues. Dyson should remember that its true value lies in customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, this has been completely lost in my case. I request Dyson to honor its warranty obligations and provide a fair and effective solution.
