I purchased a Dyson V15 Total Clean vacuum from the Hilltown Dyson store on November 24, 2024. Just 15 days later, the seal inside the dustbin fell off. I contacted customer service, and they initially said the part was in stock and would be sent. A week later, I followed up, only to be told the part was out of stock. After waiting another 15 days, I found out my order was canceled without explanation.
For a product this expensive, it’s unacceptable to deal with issues so soon after purchase and to chase Dyson for basic repairs. I’ve since learned this is a common issue. I demand Dyson send me a new dustbin immediately and resolve this frustrating situation promptly.
